Got an email from Smith Micro about a 55% off poser sale. Digital download only lasts until 28th June.

Any recommendations on 2014 or poser 10? Thanks.

If you want to create poser weightmapped figures then you'll need PP2014, as P10 doesn't have the required creation tools.
Also Poser 10 is 32 bits only, so is limited in terms of memory it can use. So if you need something which can handle large scenes, or plan to use the DSON importer, then PP2014 will be a better option.

Here's a comparison matrix of all features in the recent versions of Poser:

Thanks. I'll probably pick up PP2014 as I've just got a new 64bt machine and was intend to start learning how to create stuff.
