Summer Savings - Maxed Out, Yet Discounts Not Working...

Per the Summer Savings Banner Page
Your current Summer Savings: +25% off New Releases, +50% off* Non-new releases, 10% off Gift Cards
--- not sure what that asterisk next to 50% is about; didn't see anything on the webpage

This mixture of items - some new, some non-new and a GC - is in my cart:
(new) SF100 Utility Truck $14.95 (full) $10.47 (30%) $9.95 (cart)
(new) Rotor-Heads UE1 $19.95 (full) $19.95 (cart)
(non-new) Sophisticated: Poses for Victoria 6 $8.95 (full) $4.02 (cart)
(non-new) Hard Target $21.95 (full) $19.76 (cart)
Daz Gift Card $50.00 (full) $49.00 (cart)

The math doesn't seem quite right... Could be my imagination, but I didn't seem to have any problems at the "20 punch mark"
Also logged out, then in again; no change....

Could someone from the store please investigate - I have a coupon I'm dying to use that expires tomorrow, so I hope this is looked-at (or someone tells me where my logic/math is wrong) by then...

    Ok, so once you've made purchases that will apply toward the punches (see rules that concern this on the punch page), those punches should show up and you will be able to use the applicable discount on your next purchase.

    I have 21 points and the discount is no longer applying ,just receiving a few cents off ,I got a better discount yesterday with less points as soon as my extra points were applied last night I stopped receiving discounts . Could someone sort this Please i need to shop today!!!

    I would recommend putting in a ticket so DAZ can help you sort this out.

    I got the same problem: The extra discount on non-new releases ought to be 20%, but it's not.

    Same here. 15 punches but the discounts did not go up but fell back to 5 punches level instead.

    Chris - The punches ARE displaying correctly and WERE being applied correctly up-to and including the 20 punch threshold. When I hit the max level and put things in the cart for another order - THAT'S when I saw the problem. The most clear example is the $50 GC - 10% off $50 should be $5, NOT $1!!!


    DAZ - PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE get this fixed quickly. I'm hoping if they don't/can't, they'll modify today's expiration date on coupon offers...

    I am still having problems with the punch discount only giving about 5% have not be able to take advantage of my punches all day, I already put in a ticket !!!

    Heads Up!!

    I just completed tier 2 with 2 of Sunday's new purchases. New orders are only giving 5% off of new purchases instead of 10%. I'll wait on making additional purchases until the tier discounts gets sorted out again..

    I have same problem.

    I am supposed to have 10% extra discount toward new releases and 4% discount toward gift card.

    Thanks! New tier discounts are working correctly for me too. That does make sense the need to do that.
