How to smart prop Gen 4 rings to Genesis and Gen 2 female?

hey all

got some cool rings I would like to use on my Genesis and GF2 characters .....have googled but can't find any info on the subject.

I've been able to manually position and parent ring then save as a wearable preset which works but is difficult and time consuming....thinking that there has to be a better way...is there?

    Are you wanting an auto-conversion? Saving as a wearables preset once done is the simplest method I know for that end of the process.

    Parent the rings in place via the Scene tab and then save them out as wearable presets.

    so is there not some way to quickly and accurately position the rings on to the finger.... as opposed to having to manually move the rings into place.....I mean i am on a computer lol.....seems to me there ought to be a better and quicker way of going about this

    If you have V4, you can load her, then load Genesis...then using V4 as a guide, position/pose G2F to match V4's load position (save this as a pose, as it could be useful for other items that aren't clothing)...then after loading and parenting/conforming a ring to G2F, zero her out, then save the ring.

    You could also try using Genesis (original) as a go-between...
