Ruo Xi and Bambie are both credited at the bottom of the Lupineve page, so maybe a combination of the two, since the same female figure is used in all of Lupineve's promos. Enchanted Fairy credits Bianca.

That enchanted fairy definitely isn't Bianca. The Lupineve will just take some fun mixing but the other two are still unknown.

With the Utopian Make Up set, it's part of the Leanne 8.1 bundle but the promo characters don't appear to actually be Leanne, as she has visible wrinkles where the promos do not.
