See point light in smooth shading view

I had been using smooth shading view without lighting to design and adjust animations since they can't run live in iray. I recently added a point light and when I did it made iray look great but now the model is almost completely ptich black in the smooth shading view. Is there a way for me to get that lighting to show up in smooth shading so I can see what I'm doing when I'm editing animations?

    Hit Ctrl+L to disable light preview. Iray and OpenGL handle lights differently, so smooth shaded view will not give you an accurate representation of what lights will look like in an Iray render.
