Help with Sea Spray

I have a model of a German U-Boat with a crew in which the propellers are already animated.( Image Below) I want to have the model moving along on heavy seas. (samples below) I have been trying to export it to Blender but I keep getting an error. Is DAZ to Blender only for Genesis Figures or can I export a model as well with an M4 Crew? I have tried to do this in DAZ Studio with Fluidos but I cannot get it to work!
