How to make the skin color of other body parts align with the face skin color seamlessly?

Suppose I have a well-crafted face texture and applied it to the character and now I want to make the skin textures of the other body parts (torso, arms and legs) align with the face skin texture seamlessly, what can I do? How do I "bake" other textures based on the face skin texture?

use the face texture from the rest of the character you've used and blend the face onto it, leaving the parts close to the seam alone, just blending it in.

I'd also alter the hue and saturation of the face texture first; I'd do it with filters, masks and adjustment layers to do it non-distructively, so you can easily tweak.

The lips look too dart too.

Photoshop has one-click color matching tools.  You might want to give them a try.  Color matching tools examines the histogram of two pictures, and tries to convert one to the other.  But sometimes, color matching can be a hit or miss, as eyebrow and lip color detail can get washed out.
