Hi all,
What's the best render setting for a comic to be sold on Amazon Kindle as an E book? I'm talking about dimensions so that the image panels will fit the best.
Also, is there a product that can be used with Daz for creating test bubbles and captions, or is that all a postwork thing?
Many thanks,
Robert

I wouldn't do panelling etc in DAZ, if it can be avoided. You're losing a ton of flexibility that way. I'm usually render images at around 3600px*2500px (or whatever side ratio I need), then go into postwork for FX, speech bubbles and combining images, where neccessary, and putting them into panels. You can use Photoshop or Gimp for postwork/panelling, or specialized programs like https://www.clipstudio.net/en/ (Clip studio also has a function that allows a direct export in an e-publishing format, including kindle).
Do you have any prior experience in publishing/creating comics? Just wondering; it can be a pretty time consuming process.
Have a look at these forum threads lots of answers.
