What the Hell?! My PC Club Account Page Says I manually cancelled subscription on the 19th.

And that my PC membership is cancelled as of today. However, I am still treated like I am a PC member.
BTW, I never manually cancelled my resubscription.

    In your screenshot, the March entry shows that your membership was scheduled to expire on June 19th, and it did.

    Problem is:
    1. I did not manually cancel my resubscription
    2. Somehow I still have all the benefits of a PC+ member. I can access the PC forum, still have one of the coupons, and still have all the PA discounts.

    Better use that coupon fast! I'd guess that the automatic expiration is not working (surprise! something in Magento not working! %-P ) and DAZ manually tried to cancel your subscription on the 21st, two days after it should have expired on its own. I don't think it says you manually cancelled, just that it was manually adjusted. That's my guess anyway.

    Here we go, I found this in my email.
    "An error occurred while processing your Platinum Club subscription payment. Please update your billing information by visiting My Account (under Platinum Club).
    We will attempt to process your payment until your membership expires on 06/19/2015. Make sure to get this issue resolved before you lose your membership benefits."

    I have conformed that cxheckout settings have not changed and that my credit card is indeed still good. There is no reason why payment should have failed.

    THe discounts all show, except in the shopping cart where I am told I am not a PC member.
    I just re-purchased my membership (without changing my card/personal settings BTW!!!)
    The issue remains-- why was there a re-subscription failure When my Card info/settings were not changed and I did NOT cancel my resubscription?!
    I am hoping an admin can address this (bug reports/customer support takes 10x longer to respond, so I never bother with it-- it's useless and half the time the responses I get would make you think that the tech's brain fell out.)

    Well...that sounds like it may be a symptom of the same problem that plagued the $1 coupon that a bunch of folks had problems with.

    Something with the payment system has been wonky for the past few days.

    I'd say submit a ticket...but since it won't seen until tomorrow sometime, I guess it doesn't have to be 'right now'.

    Customer Services is the only one that can help you. This is not something that the DAZ Forum Team can do. However, please be aware that CS normally work a 5 day week, and are not around at weekends. DAZ 3D CS is normally very quick to respond, as long as you give them enough detail about the problem and use the correct dept as a reference.. This should not be logged as a bug report which do take longer, as bugs have to to be verified and then worked on (Plus of course this is not a bug). If you send a ticket about this it should go to Sales dept. If you don't send a ticket about it then it possibly will not receive any attention.
