Might Paragon's "Libra Updo" hair become available again?

It looked like an attractive and promising item, so I certainly hope so. I saw it in the morning on July 06 or so, but when I went to purchase it that evening, it was unavailable. (You're guaranteed at least my purchase, Paragon!)
