Please wait while the order is processing... Stuck

So I am stuck on the Please wait while the order is processing... page. I get This transaction is taking a lot longer to process than normal. Please continue to wait or contact support for assistance with completing this order. Now the thing is the order is shown as being complete, it has shown up as on my CC provider as pending, I have received the purchase receipt confirmation email and the order is available for download.
Now the thing is whether I should let the page sit there or if I can close the browser tab.

Try opening another tab and go to your product library or orders to see if maybe it went through.
Yeah the order shows as having gone through and being completed, and have received the purchase confirmation email and I am able to download with DiM. Just not sure why I was hanging on the payment processing page..
I've had that happen. Not just st Daz. That's why I know to check.
Ahh, thank you for the help, just annoying when it does happen.
I had also submitted a ticket for backup on all this, though it is probably not needed now.
I've had it happen quite often when using my tablet. Always open a new tab & check to see if it's gone through. Never had an istance where it's actually taken more than 120 seconds to go through.

Just never sure why it hangs, as this has probably been the first in a very long time that it has. But after waiting for about 30 minutes and subbing the ticket, and checking the order had completed in another tab. In the end I did close that tab, just with this sort of thing one can get a bit anxious.
I am wondering whether to keep the ticket open or ask for it to be closed.
