You can find the shader base under Default/Shaders/DimensionTheory/TilerShader/DTTS-TilerShader.duf.
I usually use it by holding the crtl-key and double clicking on it to preserve the maps already present.
For example if you have a dress and you want to tile the diffuse texture but you need the opacity map be set to 1.00 tiles for it to work, the tiler shader does just that.
click on the dress in the scene tab
click on the surface you want to tile in the surface tab
look for the shader in the Content Library Pane under categories/shaders or search for DTTS in products (I don't use smart content so I don't know where to find it there, the icon looks like the first image on the product page)
hold crtl-key and double click on the shader, select "ignore" to keep the textures on your dress.
You won't see anything happen but if you go back to the surface tab and expand your surface you should find a Tiling option there.
click on it and you will find all map options for tiling (diffuse, specular, bump, displacement, reflection, opacity and so on)

The plane props already have the shader applied. They don't work for me out of the box because my graphic card seems to have trouble with the tiff files.
Load the prop, resize to your content and change the tiles for either the top or the bottom plane as needed.

Similiar to other shaders, the effect only shows in renders. The viewport shows it wrongly. To check if it looks like expected, use the spot render or do a small render of the picture.

    I hope it helps.

It is not your usual shader product.

The one icon for loading is to "set up" the model so one can then apply a different texture image to any of the channels and tile them separately. The ground planes are for use and/or practicing with.

After the desired model is all primed and ready to go, I think one can just save out a materials preset then.

You can tile every surface you like with them. I use is frequently when I apply some new texture into clothes that has a pattern. Tiles up till the pattern comes over nicely.
