Unable to import saved Iray shaders

When I save an Iray shader preset, I am unable to apply it on the model.
Here's what I do:
- Select model in the scene tab
- Selects surfaces in the surface tab
- Choose "save as" and then "Render Setting Preset"
I keep both options selected and then save it.
I then re-open DS, load the model and double click the saved shaders from the content Library.
And yes, I select the model and the surfaces in the surface tab :)
What am I missing :(

You are saving as a 'Render Settings' preset, which as far as I know will only save your Render Settings to be used again, not the shader.
I think you would need to use File > Save As > Shader Preset.
Aaah, that works a lot better, thank you!
But I am only able to safe one surface at a time, is there a way to save all the surfaces from one object in one go?
If all surfaces use the same shader, then you should be able to apply the shader preset to all by selecting them all in the surfaces pane.
You can only save a shader preset for one surface at a time, but you can apply it to multiple surfaces as far as I know. Have you tried that?
EDIT:
If you use Save As > Material Preset, it will save all of the surfaces in one go. Hopefully it will work with applied shaders as well.
That worked brilliantly, thank you!
The main problem with Material Presets is that they will only work for the named model and surfaces that it was saved from.
In this case, it was exactly what I was looking for :)
