Render solutions?

I like using the new NVIDIA Iray when rendering my images. Since I'm still new to what does what, I usually tend to only adjust the gamma to get the quality I like. But some of the finished products have some grain issues where skin is showing. Is there a way to adjust for this so part of the image doesn't look pixelated?

Instead of adjusting gamma, try adjusting Film ISO (up), shutter speed (down), and FStop to get more light into the "camera". Gamma adjusts the relative balance between lights and darks, it isn't primarily an exposure control (though it can be used that way).
