Hi Folks.
I was browsing Deviant art yesterday and found some beautiful SF renders. Some used DS, DAZ items, some items from Rendo, and some from other sources. There were references to models used from Foundation 3D. I remember that site and the many beautiful digital models available for free. Foundation 3D is no more, sadly, so those beautiful models are no longer available. Does anyone know where those models might now be available? They were never available here st the DAZ store, and were in different formats such as Lightwave, 3DS max, and others, though there were some DS models. The models included Battlestar Gallactica, Star Trek, and 2001 A Space Odyssey, and others. Any help would be a great for all of us who loved those programs and movies.
Thanks

Are you sure your not thinging of Foundation Imaging, the company founded by Ron Thornton? Those are the shows TV they did; not "2001 A Space Odyssey" though.

Thanks, Wendy.
That is a step in the right direction.
I am trying to search for the various items but so far no luck. That was a wonderful site, such generosity to us.
You could try searching for "vanishing point dazstudio" there are a lot of Scifi freebies ...
Sketchfab also has lots of movie and TV series models
