I need a second normal map shader with tiles in surfaces material how to do this pls?

So i'm working with microdermals or microskin normal maps that basically it looks like this from marmoset,

I want to do this with iray, just need to add a second normal map with tiles in an already set skin shader, I tried this one  but it has so many problems with g8 males. How to create my own shader? I don't know nothing about scripts or shaders is there any guide or something?

You pretty much want the PBRSkin shader for this (available in the standard Iray resources package included with DS)-  it has a channel specifically for micro-normals (as well as another channel to allow you to mask it from areas it shouldn't be).

Use the latest PBR; Victoria 8.1 (for example) has what your looking for; I've tweaked it, but once you have it you can play around with it to get the look you're after.
