How to contact a vendor?

Hey guys,
I need to contact the vendor "addy" to ask her a question about one of her characters. I can't seem to find where her contact information is. I checked the product library, as well as the download files. I also did a search on the forums.

Any ideas?

You can try and PM. That said, she does not look very active as a PA currently so you might have better luck with your question if you ask customer service. They handle any questions about products in the store and so forth anyway.
