How to create mesh to cover the holes in model?

I want to create something like "socket conformer" as they have here https://www.daz3d.com/sf-ball-jointed-dolls-for-genesis-8-and-81
I have tried to create something to cover the holes, imported it as obj, then parent it in the right place, but it doesn't work well when using different poses.

You need to rig it as a figure, using Edit>Figure>Transfer utility - set the object as target and the figure as source. Ideally the cap pieces should be made around the base figure, without poses or morphs.
