G8F Anatomical Elements not Attaching Properly

I recently encountered a strange issue when creating a new character for G8F. I just could not get the genitalia to look right, to apply the textures correctly. I just realized that the genitalia attachment itself is behaving differently than before. Previously, I would load G8F, select that node, and then load the anatomy attachment. The attachment would actually replace part of the original figure. So, when turning visibility off on the genitalia, there would be a hole on the main figure in that area. Now it just overlaps the parent figure.

Anybody else run into this before? Any ideas what could be happening?

You don't have geometry editor or mesh grabber active?

Geometry tools will not hide mesh, even if set to hidden.

Indeed I did. Never knew that about the Geometry Editor. Thanks for the tip!

Now to troubleshoot the original texture issue....

Watch your language, it's called "anatomical elements" these days. cheeky
