Slow acting poses

What's the secret to quick acting poses? When I load a store bought pose it loads with a snap of the finger, The ones I save load with a drum roll, it takes about 6 - 7 seconds.

UPDATE:

I saved a pose and unchecked all except for the hip tree, and it still loaded in 6 - 7 seconds. Then in the hip tree, I unchecked everything except for rotation, keeping only those labelled twist, bend, side-side checked. Now the pose loads in a snap.

Is there a quick and easy way of saving only those parameters which are necessary? While it's something I'd do if I wanted to sell the poses, it's hardly convenient for dforce & timeline work.

Check the options menu, the lined button part-way down on the right of the options dialogue.
