Cart Is Increasing Prices W Paypal (Solved Maybe-Used CC)

I have all the texture sets for the clothing in the Pro Bundle, the Subcutaneous Implants, and Victoria 7 Attitude Expressions in the cart. With my summer savings, it's $35 plus change. Goes up to about $55 when I head to Paypal. Watch your cart when you check out!

    It's working now. Even refreshing the cart didn't work, I exited and came back in three times in addition to refreshing. But it did finally show the correct amount. (using a credit card, don't know about Paypal.)
