Can't get any help from Support?

I had an issue with a purchase which was charged to my PayPal twice and I never received the product, but have confirmation it was paid.
I submitted a request on the 19th and can't get a reply.

Not anything anyone can do on the forums...have you checked the status of your ticket?
The $1 coupon sale was seriously borked for a bunch of people, so support is probably somewhat swamped over that.
Customer services are the only ones that can help you. This is not something that can be sorted out on the forums
I hoped it might get some attention here by someone who could alert the right people.
It was about that $1 thing and I ended up charged twice and no product. That seems like a long time to me to ignore people needing help.
Oh well, I guess it is what it is and its only $2, but still sales support should be quicker than this. :blank:

I've never had a reason to deal with support about a purchase. It worked though and problem solved, so I'm good.
I'm still waiting too. usually support takes no longer than 5 business days. As difficult As is I would advise patience. I'm sure they'll get to you soon.
