DAZ 4.8: Uber Light Change?

I recently upgraded to DAZ 4.8, and...as a result, I'm having some problems with the lighting. Since I upgraded, Uber Light presets have become far too harsh, and are slowing my render time down catastrophically. For example, I purchased Predatron Essential Lights & Skies some time ago, and have been quite satisfied with it. But since I upgraded to DAZ 4.8, all of the light settings, even the night ones, are incredibly harsh and result in everything looking bleached and blotted out. Furthermore, the rendering time has been increased several times over. Is something wrong, and if so, how do I fix it?

    Are you rendering in 3delight or Iray (which is the default now)?

    It was in 3Delight. Is there something wrong with it now?

    They seem to be working fine for me. Can you post your render settings?

    Check your gain and gamma settings in the Render Settings.
