Any reason I cannot use my DAZ Monthly Coupon ($6 off DAZ Originals) on this item?

I'm thoroughly confused by these monthly coupons.

This is a DAZ Original. So is it also a DAZ + item or FastGrab item which are excluded? And how do I tell the difference?

I went back and tried it again and this time it worked. Totally confused.

But I noticed the coupon code changed when I went back to try again. Weird!
