Iray Log?

Does DS keep any kind of Iray log we can check to see how long a render took to complete when left cooking overnight?

I've got a lighting experiment rendering right now. I maxed the pixel samples and convergence, and want to know which condition it reached first if it finishes by the time I go to work later this morning.

You can use the regular log file for the information. It also tells you how many iterations were calculated on what device, etc.

Easiest way is to access it from within Studio...

Help > Troubleshooting > View Log File...

The other is to hunt it down..

In Windows, it should be in either

    C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio4\log.txt
    C:\users\\Application Data\DAZ 3D\Studio4\log.txt

    Not sure on a Mac...

    Well this is disconcerting.

Iray reached the maximum number of pixel samples (15000), but the log doesn't say what percentage of the image was converged, and nothing happens when I click Resume.

I've also just discovered that, unlike Lux, there's no way to adjust Filter or Tonemap settings once the render is complete. I had enabled Bloom during the render, and wanted to see what the image looks like without it. No dice. For an extra test, I tried adjusting the f/Stop, and nothing happened.
