Where is keymate?

I got Daz Studio 4.20 and now I wanna create an animation loop but I can't seem to find keymate to help me with this problem. Do I still need to download the plugin somewhere? It's nowhere in my tabs to be added.
Copying the first keyframe and pasting it as the last didn't help me at all and only made the screen go grey and the posing look bad.
