Hello all, I have just started experimenting with HDRI pictures, and can easily move and adjust my figures in the scene, but can only rotate the HDRI picture. What buttons do I use to just make the picture zoom in and out? And is it possible to do that without making the character bigger and smaller while I'm increasing and decreasing the background? Thanks! Ski

An HDRI is a static image, so you're locked into the camera position that the image was captured at. Attempting to zoom in or move the camera too much will create distortion.
You could try increasing the size of the sphere that the HDRI is mapped onto.
Thanks for the info. I've stumbled upon using TONEMAPPER OPTIONS in which I can zoom in and out of some of the pictures, but not all of them. Could it just be the specific HDRI picture type that allows you to move around in the picture?
Another option is to fiddle with the framewidth or the focal length of the camera.
Just always keep in mind that zooming in on a HDRI will sooner or later make the background look pixelated. You're not rendering that background, but just displaying it.
It worked!! Thank you so much for the help! - Ski
