Yikes ! I must have overdone it. Now that I have added all the available free print licenses I can't open my product library. I keep getting cloudflare 524 server timeout errors.
Any suggestions?

daz deals slows me down I think
I tried turning DAZ Deals off but that didn't help. I am still getting timeout errors when I try to open my product library![crying crying](https://www.daz3d.com/forums/plugins/ckeditor/js/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/cry_smile.png)
Mine finally opened, but it took much longer than usual. I have purchased some 3D printing licenses, but probably only a hundred or two hundred, not thousands. I suppose you'll have to wait and try at less busy times or submit a help request, for what that's worth. This whole 3D license thing seems to have been very poorly thought out prior to implementation.
Off topic rant:
Everything that gets "upgraded" at Daz seems to be worse that what came before. The Gallery is much less functional. The store barely functioned at all for the first month after the last store upgrade. Store search is still poor. The New and Sale labels pasted across product thumbnails makes it hard to even see what the product is. The forum has almost continuous gateway timeouts. NFTs - let's not even go there! Sales and coupons still don't consistently work as advertised. Advertising text is confusing, misleading and often just wrong. Order confirmation emails no longer even have the order number in the subject line and the order number is not even a hyperlink in the message text. All 3D printing licenses have the same SKU, so the email order confirmation doesn't even tell what product you bought a license for. Products are still delivered with metadata errors, inconsistent metadata categories and inconsistent paths.
What a sad place this has become.![crying crying](https://www.daz3d.com/forums/plugins/ckeditor/js/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/cry_smile.png)
I did open a ticket but that is the sort of thing that it could take ages for DAZ to resolve. Meanwhile I'm not sure there is much sense in purchasing items (unless they are free) if I can't access them in my product library.
How many pages are you showing for the product library? I'm at 414 and the library popped up in about 4 seconds. I have not added any 3D print licenses yet. I'm just curious if it's something about the way they're tracking the 3D print licenses.
I have no idea how pages I have now because I can't open the library. I had over 600 pages before I added the licenses. Since I added about 14,800 licenses I suspect the number of pages has incresed significantly. As a guess at 60 items per page adding that many licenses would increase the number of pages by an additional 247 pages. I do think it may have something to do specifically with the licnses because even when I had added only a few licenses my loading times increased dramatically.
After seeing this, I checked on my own Product library and found that it too is now taking several minutes to open. That library page count currently stands at 953 pages total, 879 of products and 74 pages filled with 3D printing licenses. There was no problem at all loading prior to adding the licenses so, yes, it appears that once again DAZ has found a new way to screw things up on an epic scale.
Well, at least you can still open yours. I suspect my total page count is slightly less than yours but thaat I have a lot more pages of printing licenses and I can't open my product library at allI. i was considering purchasing a few items in today's 'Items You May Have Missed' sale but I am holding off because I don't see much sense in buying them when I can't access them in my product library.
I receved a response to my help ticket but unfortunately no resolution. I still can't open my product library and cosequently not purchasing much.
Let this threard serve as warning to others considering 'purchasing' vast quantities of the print license. Proceed with caution.
I have the same problem and get the same 524 error
I did add a bunch of 3d print licenses last night
Richard posted that Daz is now adding the 3d licenses to our Library as was discussed in the 3d printing thread
Yeh but that doesn't help those of us who have alredy purchased them and now can't open our libraries. I wonder if there is any chance of getting DAZ_RAWB to look at this problem?
Please file a help ticket so they know I am not the only one with problem.
Done
Put a developer on this earlier today.
The slowdown is trying to add a bunch of "virtual products" to your account for the 3d print addon licenses. We are going to switch it so it doesn't add those anymore but instead just shows that you have the 3d print and/or interactive license on the actual product's entry in the product library.
That sounds good in theory. How is that going to affect people who've already purchased thousands of 3dprinting licenses? Will existing lines be removed?
Ditto. Same question. I already 'purchased' over 14,800 licenses and now I can't open my product library. I onlyget 524 errors
The "virtual products" were being re-created in memory and returned every single time you went to that page. It took a while because it had to load up every product again to get the product name so it could associate it to create the "virtual product" in the product library.
So each of your product that you have purchased a 3d print license will show that the 3d print license is active for that product when you look at the individual product. Should be easier to look up than having duplicate virtual products that you have to locate separately.
Thanks DAZ_RAWB. It looks like I can now ope my product library again.
Ah, good old hindsight! The product library is opening faster now.
Good deal I have access again
