How do I move Perspective View To Only Show An Exact Frame Of My Current Viewport?

Hey everyone!

Let's say I have the Perspective View from the first attachment. How do I easily move the Perspective View (or a camera with the same active viewport as the Perspective View) to only show the upper right quarter of my view? Like in the second attachment...

You can't as the camera's optics do not produce perfectly flat representations, so there will be distortions at the edges that are not in the centre.
