figured it out

Okay so I got it to stop crashing but...
I don't know why it is not working.
I do as follows.
I open up GenX2 window.
Set source file as the character I've created and want to transfer.
Select Transfer: On For All Non-Zero Values
Select M4 as shape (Character is made on m4) Even do m4 as clone, sometimes, just to see if it will make a difference.
Select Create Single Morph.
Select Genesis 2 Male as target figure.
Click transfer.
Go to see if morph is there, it is not.
It also keeps giving me this 'error' but it says it's finished. Still, I have none of the promised morphs...
GenX - Transferring morphs.
Creating clone morph ...
Loading figure ...
C:/Users/Public/Documents/My DAZ 3D Library/data/DAZ 3D/Genesis 2/Male/Genesis2Male.dsf
Could not load intermediate source file.
Error creating morph from clone.
The character was made in Poser and then saved in my downloads folder for safe keeping via the library.
I put the Downloads folder as a runtime directory and drag it to the source file and it loads as 'm4'
but it won't transfer.
I'm getting very annoyed and need this to be fixed.

Do you have Binary Morphs off?
I don't think so? How would I know?
I don't have a recent version of Poser, but it used to be under General Preferences.
But I'm checking it in Daz, and it's not there.
But you saved the character in Poser?
No, I saved the character I wanted to transfer to genesis in Poser
and I loaded it with GenX2, in DAZ, so I could transfer the morphs from the M4 Char I made in Poser, to Genesis 2.
So while I am in DAz, I keep trying to reload Genesis 2 to look and see if the morphs are there, but they never are.
Have you tried loading the character onto M4 then save that M4 as a Cr2 ,then load from that in GenX2 to Genesis2M.?
Or check here and ask your question cause Dimension3D is great about his support .......
