Toon Generations Mega-Bundle for Genesis 8 Male(s) and Female(s)

I bought this:

When I render there are no eyebrows on the figure. It shows on the product page that they do have eyebrows but the figures I have bought have no eyebrows. 

Is there another product that I need to buy to get the eyebrows?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    They should load automatically if you bring the figures up by selecting the character presets, but trying to add them using apply all materials only brings up the skin textures.  The brows and the eleylashes are under Hair, so for the G8F version, you have to go to \People\Genesis 8 Female\Hair\3D Universe\Toon Generations 4 and apply both the brows and eyelashes from there.

    Thank you Cybersox, I see now, you have to give them a hair set for them to have eyebrows. Bald will not show any eyebrows. Thank you for clarifying this. :)

    Toon Generations 4 has eyebrows and eyelashes as separate pieces of anatomy, for whatever that's worth to you.

    Thank you Gordig. I can find the eyelashes but I have not seen eyebrows. I will look for them. Thank you fo letting me know! :)

    They should be at the location I gave you.  If you don't see this, there's something wrong with your installation and you should probably try uninstalling and reinstalling the Toon 4 Essentials packs installed.  And there's no need to load a hair to see the brows, they work fine on bald characters, and you can adjust the colors using the surfaces tab.

    Hi Cybersox, yea I looked and dont see any eyebrows..I should reinstall for sure. Thank you for your help! :)

    You two are looking at two different products. "Toon Generations for Genesis 8" and "Toon Generations 4 for Genesis 8" are not the same thing. I think the first one did have eyebrows as part of the hair.

    I reinstalled and still dont have it. Thank you murgatroyd314..I must be the one that dont have it..it just isnt there. I can just paint them on if needed.
