More than one UV set on one surface

Hi there. I would like to use a different UV set for a bump or top coat.
That is, the shader should have an additional drop down list of UV sets for bump for example.
Is there such a shader to buy from the daz store or a custom shader somewhere here?

It would be nice (I think) to have the UV set be an image property rather than a surface property (that is how other 3D applications that I have a passing aquaitnance with tend to handle it) but it would, as far as I know, require a change in DS as I don't believe shaders have any way to access the alternative UV sets posessed by a model.

In some cases an alternative might be to use a Geometry Shell, which can have a different UV set assigned.

This would definitely be a welcome feature (it seems like something that could plausibly be set in the image editor like individual map tiling), but it is not currently a feature.

So yes, there's two half options if you need a different UV map - use Map Transfer to bake the map to the UV you are using, or use a geoshell.

Maybe Richard knows. Often when I export via FBX, the resulting geometry will have UDIM tiles for the UV's. Does DAZ have access to those or does that happen strictly upon export?

UDIMs are nothing special - theya re just adding an integer valuer to the U texture coordinate (well it could be the V too - but usually it's U). DS already knows how to read values greater than 1, though soem plug-ins do not - in the past using out of bounds UV coordinates was a way to have tiling before it became a material setting. UDIMs are just an adaptation of existing festues for a specific purpose.
