In Praise Of Luthbel's 'Eldritch Seeker' - More Of The Same, Please :)

I love it - smart, practical gear for the fellas! There's loads to like about it. For ages I've wanted a tidy shirt with the sleeves rolled up - a short-sleeved shirt was just too casual for the character, and there was nothing else in his post-apocalyptic-regency-inter-galactic wardrobe that would do. And a hat that I don't have to wrestle to fit over hair - the hair's included, in even more colours than the hat. This is going to save me so many woman-hours :) Shoes are included too - yay! And at last the menfolk have got a proper coat so that they can go for long walks in the snow etc without having to shiver in teen-style hoodies even if they're pushing sixty. Oh... and so many options...

I know a lot of people say that there's no demand for everyday male clothing (the fact that this outfit is second only to the new V7 Pro bundle on the 'what's hot' list might paint a different picture), so I wanted to say 'thanks' to Luthbel for taking the gamble. I think it's my new favourite outfit ever and I can see myself getting a lot of use out of it.

Yeah its pretty snazzy, a definite buy. Would love to see Luthbel create a business suit for G2M.

One thing I did spot is that the ingredients are there for an Indiana Jones outfit. All you need is a bullwhip and a leather jacket.

    CHEERS!

An insta-buy for me to. Awesome work Luthbel. And I'm seconding those asking more of the same please. Most of the men's suits out there look so shrink-wrapped and fake. I love this set. Thanks Luthbel.

:shut: If I hadn't already blown my 3d budget for June, this would be an Insta-Purchase! As it stands, payday is only 5 days out, so I won't have to wait too long. I LOVE the 1930s Gangster look. I've been meaning to do a cloak and dagger / spy type character render forever but could never quite find the right outfit, this fits it to a T. Great work.

This set looks like a must-have, and it went straight to my - wishlist. I am not sure about the materials: The promo pics have the Iray/Nvidia logo, but under 'What's Included and Features' there's only 'DAZ Studio Material Presets' mentioned. Does it mean that this product has both, 3Delight and Iray mats, or is Iray the new DAZ material standard?

I don't use Iray (32-bit machine here), but it's pushed and promoted so often at the moment that I've come to the conclusion that where no Iray-specific material presets are mentioned, none exist. All I can say really is that it all renders just fine for me in 3DL. Maybe someone else has tried it with Iray and will be along in a bit to tell more.

Thank you! Then I'll go and buy this set. I don't use Iray (my Mac doesn't like Nvidia ;-)) and stay with 3DL.

I love the product. There are one or two issues with it though:

When trying to apply the material setting "Hair Tips Brown" there is a missing texture file: LESeek03_6.jpg

When trying to apply the material setting "Trench Coat Black" there is a missing texture file: LESeek02_2_GLOSS.jpg

EDIT: Just an additional note - I don't know about Iray, but this set renders fine using Reality/Luxrender and I made zero changes to the material settings
