Problem finding/accessing content

I have just started using Daz studios and have downloaded the newest version (4.8)

With it it came some starter packs an morphs and they work fine with no problems.

They are located at c:/users/public/public documents/my daz 3D library

Thing is I have gotten some new free stuff but when I try to access them I either can't find them or when I try to load them I get a message that assets are missing and I get 3 options (can't remember then now but something like skip, skip all and something else).

I have made a new directory called downloads and first I put it in

c:/users/USER NAME/my documents/daz 3d/studio/my libraries

This did not work. Like I said I either didn't find my new content or the little I found said it missed assets when I tried to load it.

I then tried to move my directory "download" to c:/users/public/public documents/my daz 3D library but I still encounter the same problem...

Does anyone know what to do?

The Data folder from the freebie, if there is one, needs to merge with the Data folder in the My DAZ 3D Library or My Library folder. If there isn't a Data folder in the zip then either the freebie was not created correctly or it's an add-on for a product you don't have.
