Are there any way to copy body uf set from geometry list to anatomy parts? Because mine don't show of in list of it. Any help, please?

UVs are mesh specific - not just the vertices, as with morphs, but the polygons too.

Yes, though I think - given the phrasing - that you may be confusing the UVs (defined by .dsf files in the model's Data folder) and textures (image files applied through the Surfaces pane). The UVs tell the renderer how to wrap the textures around the model.

You can't "copy" the UV from G8.1 to a geograft because they have wildly different geometry. You would have to use a modeler with UV editing capabilities (Hexagon and Blender are free, 3DS Max, Maya, C4D etc. can also do it) to create a UV for the geograft that aligns to the UV you want to use.
If your character is using the new 'PBR' shader with the new UV, the only thing you need to do, is convert the NGV8 skin to 'PBR', just the skin of the prop, no need to change the shader for the two shells.
