Need help installing new product.

I just purchased the "Dark Skin Merchant Resource" from the store, but after several attempts to download it through DIM, and several attempts to manually load the files into Daz3d Library on my computer, nothing shows up. It doesn't even appear in DazCentral.

All the other products I bought, even some at the same time, I was able to install without issue. Even some third-party products installed properly. 

Can someone tell me what is wrong? I'm getting really tired of spending money on this crap. 

I've already sent an email to customer support. At this point, I'm starting to think about getting a refund. It cannot be this hard to make darker skin tones in this software.

It is a merchant resource - a set of files that can be used to create new texture sets for characters, which may (subject to the restrictionss et out on the product page) be sold. It isn't set up to be applied diectly to a character (which is why it doesn't apear in Daz Central).

You can use it by dragging the maps onto the relevant body parts, or onto the properties in the Surfaces pane with model and surface selected.

It is unclear to me if you have problem installing it or problem finding the files.

As it is a merchant resource, I am not sure that the files will be available where you normally find skins. So it might be that you are supposed to load the individual maps.
