Pose Architect installed, but posing morph properties are missing on G8

I don't know if this is a problem unique to me, but I have not found a similar thread topic on the forum. I recently purchased Pose Architect for my G3 and G8 figures and immediately discovered that although the product shows up in Smart Content, the actual morph dials corresponding with the installed .duf files are not there. How can I fix this? I have no idea if there's a Support feature on the DAZ website, or a way to submit a trouble ticket. That just leaves the forum. I hope someone can help.
