  • Really like this. Good to have an alien that doesn't look like it will rip your head off the moment it sees you. Will there be a female version

    Thanx

A female version will have to rely on one of the gender swaping tools from the store, I dont intend to make a female specific version

Your choice of expressions and poses give this guy a very amicable quality.  He has plenty of story telling potential.

I absolutly love the nod to Abe from Oddworld!  Give him some sewn up lips, a top knot of hair and you got 'im well enough!  I bought him straight away at changeover last night for fear of him being removed, as sometiems happens.  He's resting comfortably in my runtime right now. YAYYY!!

And those textures are TO DIE FOR!

I will be honest...I didnt know Abe from Oddworld, so the nod is unintentional, though I can kinda see what you mean

Am I the only one mentally hearing him say the words, "It's a trap!" ?

Haha! No, you are not alone! laugh
As myotherworld already said, it's nice to see an Alien that doesn't give Horror vibes.

Thanks @RawArt for creating these versatile models for Genesis 8! yes

Bubbles... not the hero we asked for, but the hero we require ! ! !

Oh yes, I got heroic tasks in mind for this guy - great creation.

Can he blow bubbles when he drinks his chocolate milk? Can he make one nostril blow bubble like my neighbour's sick kid? Can I make him different ages with ZevO's aging morphs?

I am glad you guys are digging Bubbles.

He really does have alot of personality.

But I should point out, even though he does look friendly, he can give off horror vibes as well in the right setting.

  •  He looks half-way between a Mon Calamari and a Rakata. The darker skin sets make him look more Rakata.

To me, he looks like a cross between Admiral Akbar and Homer Simpson

Star Wars Legends Rakata eye stalks aren't possible to do without rigged geografts, but I think the cranium could be done with more custom morphing. Close enough, though.

  • I saw the title and thought 'A Michael Bublé Celebrity look-a-like'. Can't say I'm disappointed to be wrong... Looks impressive, but I will have to think hard for a use, and be way out of my comfort zone to use him. Regards, Richard.

Now that you mention it...yup... that why he's likable...

Kinda cool how quick people can alter things in d/s to look how they want....even really weird ones like bubbles :)

    He's not a bad guy . . .

    . . . He's just, umm, misunderstood

    yikes!

  • I love Bubbles.  He's such a great character right out of the box.  Very alien/fantasy without being monstrous (though I'm sure he can be.) :)

At the risk of disappointing RawArt, here's my take on Bubbles at 25% mixed with RawArt's Biggun at 20%.  There are a couple of muscular figures mixed in as well, both at low percentages to add muscle volume without being too defined.  I've also dialed in some nips and tucks here and there to further refine the shape.  In this test, I was going for something like a humanized Creature From The Black Lagoon vibe.  RawArt's textures are wonderful and I've played with the surface settings a little to make the textures work better with my default lighting setup.
