CLOTHES MORPH

Hello. I'm new to 3d modeling. I want to work on clothing. What is morph, how is it done? Is it necessary? I would be very happy if you help. I dress the character in clothes, I use the transfer utilitiy, but I don't know what to do next. I've heard of Morph but have no idea what it is.

  • A morph is a new shape - when you apply it the points that define the model move in a straight line from the initial position (including any posing or morphs already in place) in the direction of their new position.

The morphs applied to the figure as it is posed will be projected into the clothing, so you do not need to do anything with those - however, depending on the nature of the clothing you may wish to make improcements on those projected morphs, or add new morphs linked to posing which the clothing needs but the base figure doesn't, or just to add options (for styling or alternative posing). Only you can decide what might be needed.
