How to make a better pJCM transition from one pose to another?

After I fix my cloth geometry for a certain pJCM,
I notice that the transition from one pose to that particlar pJCM doesn't look good.
Let me show you what I meant.
So how to deal with this kind of problem?

That is a limit of morphs, they move the vertices in a straight line from the start position to the end. You could add intermediate morphs, or you could use dForce isntead of trying to rig.
how to make sequential erc?
Make use of the timeline.
I watched a tutorial video about using timeline and keyed ERC.
But that like turning the timeline into a slider, where when we move the slider, it animate the character.
That's not what I'm looking for.
I read a PDF about sequential ERC.
A controller is like a master controlling subcomponents like a slave.
An example of a controller is a Bend slider.
A subcomponent is usually a morph.
In sequential ERC, one controller activate multiple Sub-components one after the other.
Let's say there's 2 morphs / subcomponents.
Morph 1 starts when the bend slider value is 0 - 45
morph 2 starts when the bend slider value is 46 - 90.
I think this will cover the idea of making an intermediate morph.
So, anyone know how to set this up?
Keyeds ERC can do it, or careful use of limits and constant values can do it if the morpsh are designed to stack. Keyed is probably easier.
