Why do Parkside Trains have so many downloadables?

Some of the Parkside train cars have a dozen or more Daz studio files that can be downloaded. Some of them have what looks like version numbers. Is there any value in downloading anything but the newest? Are there significant visual differences?

A few of the account pages for the older models haven't made as neat as most now are.
Look for the downloads that are also "install manager ready" and just download the one you need.
Anything called Legacy is for a much older edition of D/S so skip those.
Ps = Poser These will be found [after installation] under the Poser Runtime structure.
Also, they are throwing the DAZ Studio around quite liberaly... Look at the small print, ie. the file name
PS is for poser
DS dazStudio
Legacy earlier than 4.6 so 3DL
theres also Unreal, FBX, obj versions there.
only download the one you need for your rendering machine.
