Panes keep moving by themselves

I display my viewport and man window on my first monitor and the rest on two panels sitting on my tight monitor.

First panel holds five tabs and is more than wide enough to accomodate them. Despite that, more often than not, when I open DS, I find that all tabs on this panel have migrated either to the bottom of the panel or vertically on the left. Is there some way to prevent this?

4.20.1.43 (beta)

Edit: I updated to 4.20.1.58 and it still does the same.
