Problem with imported UV map

I created and imported and UV map from blender, why I'm getting those white patches or artifacts?
The process I used was:
- Import pants to blender as .obj
- Make new UV map
- Export .obj with new UV map
- Load UV map in daz (right clic on surfaces tab, load UV set
My new template and UV map seem to work, I can edit the template and the changes in the texture works except for those white patches
What I did wrong?
UV mapping in blender

Do they change if you change the lighting?
Yes, the work like blank spots of material, like grey areas of unassigned material. And they are present in all render engines and in daz itself.
Odd, and I can't see why unless there is soemthing odd with the emsh (which isn't obvious from the screenshots, and I would expect to be an issue with or without the remap).
It seems to be a problem on the blender side, I exported the original UV maps from blender without altering anything and reloaded the map on daz, now the problem of my UV map is now present on the original UV map. Either blender is doing something wrong or there is a problem in some part of the configuration for exporting / importing. I'm going to try other program now.
Are you checking the option to rpeserve vertex order on import/export 9and polygons too, if that is an option)? Otherwise the new mapping will be using the correct UV values, but not necessarily in the correct order.
The option is not present on Daz but is present on Blender. I was not using in it on blender, I exported a new UV map using that option but the problem is still there.
It's also an import option in Blender, when loading the OBJ for remapping.
I finally made it!
For the correct result I needed to select "Preserve Vertex Order" in the blender import dialog AND also in the blender export dialog. The option has to be selected before AND after.
