Science Class Bundle

So I just bought this bundle, but I'm confused. The classroom props and the science class props are only zeroed props, i don't see anything that loads the props into the right places throughout the classroom. Do I really have to manually place all this stuff where I think it's supposed to go??

and I without a link don't know if it's that one sad

    I didn't realize there's a separate forum. I'm a member, but don't know where it is.

Thanks! I tired a gogle site search, the forums search is awful, to put it mildly. But thanks very much.

I see a lot of people have issues with the same things I do in there, you included, lol.

even if you got the scene preset for the props, i can only assume tesla3dcorp messed up the shaders again as they are wont to do when they are tasked with porting over Dekogon environments to Daz.

If you wanted to go the extra mile to fix their product, you could use imagej to split out the RGB channels of the combined jpeg textures into grayscale images and put them into the proper slots in the shader.

Assume?  The tomato plants in the Classroom Envrionment don't have transparency maps for the leaves.

I gave up on this vendor a long time ago - just too many shortcuts that should never get past QA on every product I picked up.

the problem is Tesla3dcorp isnt named as a vendor on the dekogon products, so its hard to tell if they are the one who converted. The ones converted by Polish are usually fine.

Their products usually contain a shipload of useful props - even though usually without any functionality but the looks - and they appear very often in sales - especially the recent "Clearance" or "DAZ+ for a Day" sales - where they can get bought as low as $ 1.99 often, which is a bargain...

And, to honest, there's PAs that sell even way worse products than these.

I don't know all the behind the scenes stuff. When I see a single vendor name, I assume they did the whole thing from start to finish. The stuff from Polish tends to look good, but have limited functionality, so I tend to stay away from them. When you have a weapon that looks very detailed, but you can't operate the bolt, remove the magazine, have individual bullets... Not good.

...unless when it comes at a really, really price. That's at least my motivation to buy stuff with limited functionality.

  • That's why many of us have this set, it was released for a very good price :-)

I've put some morphs etc. up in the freebies thread if anyone is interested. It's a repackaged re-upload, hoping I didn't miss any files.
