Daz Sales Support Broken

It has been more than a week since I have been able to access my shopping cart but that could be a bug. The thing that is really strange is that it has been more than a week since I sent a support ticket to Daz and no actions has been taken? Is this the same for anyone else?

It's not strange, inconvenient yes. I got a follow-up after 20 days on my last sales ticket, I replied and am now waiting 5 days (and counting) for a follow-up.

It is unfortunate for DAZ, I usually buy stuff but because of this I have not bought anything for over a week. If this continues it may teach me to curb my buying habits here at DAZ. I like Renderosity customer service. They contact you right away and resolves within 24hrs. Maybe DAZ should contact them and see what they are doing different?
...the store servers just had another glitch where the time zone setting on the servers somehow changed from "UTC 00:00 -6" to "UTC 00:00 -0" at 18:00 Daz time. Inadvertently my Daz+ membership was cancelled 6 hours early.
Yeah this is getting ridiculous. During the last Stack Up sale I lost a day because of this. It was acknowledged that the same situation happened then, and I was moved back to day 5 from day 6 but never credited for the lost day. Seems Daz really needs to keep a closer eye on the timing of their store servers as this apparently seems to happen 3 - 4 days before the end the month. Not sure if it's an auto reset of some sort or some kind of bug in the clock routine.
As it is again a weekend, no point in filing a ticket. At least I made today's pruchase earlier in the afternoon for all that's good for, as I no longer get the Daz+ discount and won't until after my montly benefit payment on Friday. Thought I also had until 23:59 tomorrow not "00:00" as usually when something like a coupon or deal has an expiration date, it is good until the end of that day.
