rolling back to Daz 4.7 from 4.8 O.K.?

hey all

was wondering if uninstalling 4.8 and reinstalling 4.7 would cause any issues?...I'm curious if a HDR set that Fuzzy70 has made for Reality users would then work....suspect there's something with 4.8 that's preventing it to.

I realize I wouldn't be able to use the content in my runtime that's made only for 4.8 but that content shouldn't cause any problems ...right?....I of course would eventually reinstall 4.8 later on.

Hey,

you should be able to have both versions of ds4 installed on your computer, just as long as you install 4.7 into a different directory than 4.8 ... both can acess the same content. except for plugins I guess... that you'd have to install to both directories if you want to use them.

It is not recommend to have to versions of the same build generation installed at the same time with the two exceptions of having both 32 bit and 64 bit version or the stable release and a public beta.
