Daz Studio 4.20 Missing " center of scene indicator " from interface.

HI there, I'm fairly new to the environment and encountered an issue recently where my Viewport backround turned white.  I was able to get that taken care of with the help of another thread but what I'm missing now is the gold / yellow crosshair type indicator that by default would appear in the middle of my scene.  This also happens to be the point in the scene where figures are added.

Wasn't quite sure what to call it, hope this makes sense.

Thanks for all the great support.

  • The crosshairs should appear only when you have something selected that has its centrepoint at the origin (e.g.a figure that has been moved via the hip bone)

Thanks for the quick reply, for some reason i thought there was some type of "indicator" within the scene even before figures were placed.

    Happy Rendering!!

  • If you have groups they will appear as crosshairs even when not selected, sicne that is the only way to access them in the Viewport.

  • IIRC if you switch to and from iray rendering then you'll have render settings as "empty" crosshairs in the render scene. Those are always centered.

  • Thanks for all the input!
