[Proceed to purchase], does not finish loading.

I haven't been able to make any purchases since last week. Has anything changed? I have lost discounted items and I am very upset.

  • I am not aware of any recent changes but those tend to be done in batches so it's possible.

    When you go into "Help" "sign in" click on your Name, options for viewing your help tickets will show. You can bump your ticket by adding to it another reply. Customer Service, Sales Dept. are who has to fix any account issues.

    In the meantime, check that your address matches what your bank has for your address {if paying with a credit card}.
