Lyoness pruducts/figures loading into DAZ issue

SO i have bought a few Lyoness figures which i love, but everyttime i load it, daz sates that there is an issue loading the figure. It looks to be loading right but gives an error.

These are the files it states that i am missing; which come from HandspanStudio for the Resource kit which i have them all. But the files that say are missing are for the Genesis character and not the Gen2... i even have all the other kits for gen1 but the files that it states are missing handspan stufio doesnt have them for gen2????

Here is the list.

I even placed the files from the gen1 kits into the folder and nothing...still does it.

And whats up with the duplicate formulas found in file?

#1. which product is this for?
#2. there were some issues with some genesis textures calling for a wrong uv... but never this.

please PM me directly and contact customer service.
We'll get this fixed up.

If you are still getting the uv errors, I can show you how to fix those... they should have been fixed last year... but oopsies happen.
