Unwanted Dforce Behaviors

So I retopologized my dress, Dforced and having difficulties again.
1. On some port of the body, the skin pokes through. Like the chest.
I thought maybe it due to not enough geometry. So I added more, but still...
2. The cloth around the right shoulder looks... odd, and it behaves differently from the left. Although they both are mirrored.
Anyone could explain this?

On the poke-through, what are your collision settings?

Well, you haven't got that much resolution in the clothing for the area over the nipples so it may be tricket anyway, but try setting it to Best or to use the (Viewport) divided mesh to improve its odds.
1. Regarding poke-through -- does the clothing have smoothing modifier? Also, collision default is 4, not 5.
2. Shoulder is definitely weird -- some morph or JCM interfering? Check show hidden items on the clothing and try zeroing them out one by one until it disappears.
